Paji VIP Terms & Conditions — Fully in English

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Paji VIP platform. By registering, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms set out here. Please read everything carefully before signing up — it takes a moment, but it will save you any confusion down the line.

If you have difficulty understanding any term, paji vip's support team is always ready to help in English. Our goal is full transparency — we never want any member to be left in the dark.

Membership Terms

The following requirements must be met in order to register with Paji VIP:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration.
• An active mobile number is required for payments and communication.
• Each person may only open one account. Multiple accounts using the same NID, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Paji VIP reserves the right to close any account found to have been created using false details.
• Paji VIP must be used for personal entertainment only. Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your Paji VIP account. Never share your password or login details with anyone.

Account Security Rules

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• If you notice any unfamiliar activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Paji vip will not be held responsible for any unauthorised transactions if the password was shared by the account holder.

Account Suspension or Closure

Paji VIP reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases: operating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any attempt to harm other users or the platform. Members may also request a temporary or permanent account closure at any time through their account settings.

Deposit Policy

Below are the deposit methods and terms applicable to Paji VIP:

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits sent from someone else's number may not be approved.
• If a deposit is not credited for any reason, contact support with your transaction number. Most issues are resolved within 15 minutes.
• Funds received from casino winnings or lottery are not counted as deposits.
• Paji VIP does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own transaction charges may apply.

Withdrawal Policy

Paji vip helps you receive your winnings quickly. The withdrawal rules are outlined below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳10,000) are processed after identity verification — this may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are not possible while a bet is still active. Please submit your request after the bet is settled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to your main balance once the turnover requirement has been met.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Paji vip offers several types of bonuses, each with its own specific conditions that must be followed:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• To activate your bonus, you must make your first deposit within 72 hours of registration.
• The turnover requirement for the welcome bonus is 8x the bonus amount for Sports Betting, or 20x for casino games.
• Turnover will only be counted for bets with minimum odds of 1.70.

Reload Bonus & Voucher Codes

• A specific voucher code is required for the weekly reload bonus. The code will not work after it expires.
• A promotional offer cannot be used more than once.
• You cannot have multiple bonuses active at the same time — you may claim the next one only after the current one is completed.
• Using bonus balance to transfer funds to another account is strictly prohibited.

Cashback Bonus

• Daily cashback is credited automatically the following morning.
• The turnover requirement for cashback is just 1x.
• Cashback applies to net losses only.

Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules to follow when placing bets on Paji VIP:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless Paji VIP voids it for a technical reason.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority will be considered final.
• If one match in a combination bet is cancelled, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the bet will be settled normally.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Paji VIP reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win from a single bet is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). Any amount won beyond this limit may be voided — though this applies only in extremely rare circumstances.

VIP Program

All Paji VIP members are automatically enrolled in our four-tier VIP program. The table below outlines each VIP tier and its requirements:

• Your VIP tier is determined at the start of each month based on your activity from the previous month.
• Two consecutive months of inactivity may result in your VIP tier being downgraded by one level.
• Paji VIP reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP rewards, but members will always be notified in advance.

Security Policy

Paji VIP places the highest priority on the security of members' personal information and funds. This section outlines our security measures in detail.

• All data is protected with SSL encryption and cannot be accessed by any third party.
• Payment details are not stored on Paji VIP's servers — they remain solely with your mobile banking provider.
• In the event of a suspicious login attempt, your account will be locked automatically and you will be notified via SMS or email.
• No Paji VIP staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP. If you receive any such message, treat it as a scam and report it to support immediately.

Responsible Gambling Policy

Paji VIP believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of problems. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools and guidelines for all our members.

• Each member can set their own deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion preferences.
• Once self-exclusion is set, it cannot be changed before the specified period ends.
• If you feel that betting is becoming difficult to control, reach out to paji vip support. We can guide you toward professional help.
• We strongly advise against betting with borrowed money.
• If betting is causing tension within your family, take a break right away.

Terms & Conditions Update Policy
